Seligman for Attorney General Launches First TV Ad, Highlights a History of Fighting for Working People

DENVER, CO – Today David Seligman launched his first TV ad for the 2026 Attorney General state primary, called “David v. Goliaths.” This is the first major TV ad in the Attorney General’s race.

The ad spotlights Seligman’s long history as one of the country’s leading workers’ rights, consumer rights, and civil rights lawyers, and his pledge to use the office of the Attorney General to “take on Goliaths” and protect everyday Coloradans from powerful special interests.

Throughout his career, Seligman has used the law in bold and courageous ways, bringing and winning first-in-the-nation cases on behalf of nurses, teachers, veterans, rideshare drivers, Amazon workers, meatpackers, renters, and Coloradans drowning in medical debt. He’s represented working people in trial courts and appellate courts across the country, including the Colorado Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. He’s dedicated every day of his career to standing up in court for working families as the Executive Director of Towards Justice and formerly an attorney at the National Consumer Law Center.

Seligman has also returned almost $100 million to working people through litigation and forced powerful corporations to play by the rules in Colorado and across the country. He is the only candidate in this race who has dedicated his career to standing up in court for working families. He’s also the only candidate in the race to have sued the Trump Administration as an attorney — and won.

This ad will air statewide across Colorado on MSNOW.
