Protecting Colorado's Environment

We live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. But corporate and special interests are polluting our environment and blocking our access to public lands. 

 

David will fight for our environment and everyone’s right to access it, including by: 

 

• Creating an environmental enforcement unit that will make polluters pay independent of the Governor’s role in policing corporate polluters. Companies like Suncor should no longer be able to pollute our environment and get just a slap on the wrist. 

• Fighting to ban fracking and data centers and to protect clean air and water for everyone, especially for the communities too often denied it.

• Standing up to special interests and billionaires blocking access to rivers and waterways for rafters and anglers.
