Invest in a proven Leader
David Seligman is that leader.

There are two sets of laws in this country: one for the rich and powerful, and one for everyone else. That divide is especially glaring right now. The Trump Administration is trampling rights, targeting people it doesn’t like – even sending them to a foreign prison camp without due process – all while handing out corporate pardons and letting billionaires dismantle the very parts of government meant to protect workers, consumers, small businesses, and the environment.
We must fight back but not just to restore the status quo. Trumpism is a symptom of deeper structural problems. We have to root out corruption and corporate abuse to tackle the affordability crisis, protect our planet, build a healthcare system that puts people over profits, ensure workers have power and voice, and defend small businesses. That takes bold, innovative leaders with the courage and experience to take on entrenched corporate power and protect our freedoms and livelihoods.

David Seligman, a nationally recognized leader in worker rights, consumer protection, and antimonopoly law, has spent his career taking on corporate abuse and corruption—whether it’s from powerful corporations or the Trump Administration. As Executive Director of Denver-based Towards Justice, he's led groundbreaking cases for nurses, rideshare drivers, immigrant detainees, meatpackers, Amazon workers, veterans, teachers, federal employees, grocery workers, renters hit with junk fees, and families crushed by medical debt. David has pioneered legal strategies that reshaped the fight against wage theft, human trafficking, junk fees, unsafe workplaces, abusive fine print, unfair debt collection, corporate collusion, and retaliation against whistleblowers.
He has also been a leader in economic justice and civil rights advocacy in Colorado for many years, and spoke at the Bernie Sanders/AOC fighting oligarchy rally in March in Greeley.

State of the Race
State of the Race

David raised over $250k in the first 24 hours after launch, setting a Colorado statewide campaign first-day fundraising record. David ended the last fundraising quarter with over $400k raised, making him the second-highest fundraiser in the race after just seven weeks of campaigning. He has earned endorsements from a slate of leading state legislators, labor unions, and progressive organizations, demonstrating his broad early support in local political, labor, and grassroots circles. David’s campaign recently began its David vs. The Goliaths Town Hall Tour, and David is traveling across the state to hear from everyday Coloradans about the issues they’re facing and share how he will fight for them as Attorney General.

Value Proposition
Value Proposition
More than ever, we need bold, fearless lawyers in Attorney General offices willing to break from the business-as-usual politics that got us here. Even one bold AG can transform the country by taking on the biggest fights for working people against the Trump Administration and corporate power, especially because Trump and the billionaire class have dismantled the federal agencies that police corporate abuse.

David Seligman has spent his career fearlessly challenging the most powerful corporations and the Trump Administration when they’ve hurt working families. Electing him in Colorado isn’t just a win for one state—it’s a win for the nation. And because Colorado’s contribution limits are far lower than most other races, every dollar goes further. Early investment in new voices in Democratic primaries is one of the most effective ways to push the party toward a bolder vision—one that puts people over the powerful.
